Bread Bites is owned and run by the Rankin Family Trust, our trust has numerous businesses and this is the brain child of Don Rankin, a 55 year old entrepreneur of Brisbane Qld.

French onion bread has been a favourite appetiser in the Rankin family and was always made for Christmas family dinners by my mother Jill Rankin.

Don always wondered why no one was making this and has finally taken the initiative to have it manufactured for you to enjoy, just like we have for many years.
